I was born and raised in North Vancouver. After graduating from Handsworth Highschool, I attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) on an NCAA volleyball scholarship where I obtained a Business Marketing degree. From this experience, I learned the extremes of hard work, teamwork, integrity, communication and time management. I know all these skills are needed to be successful as a mortgage broker and this will help me better serve you.
After graduating from UNCW with a business degree in 2006, I decided to take the mortgage broker course at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Here I am today, an Accredited Mortgage Professional and I love what I do!
What I can do for You:
With access to over fifty different financial institutions and private lenders, I am committed to finding the right mortgage for your needs and lifestyle. With this premise, I promise to guide you every step of the way from the beginning application process to the closing of your mortgage. After completion, the relationship continues, as I will be there for future mortgage needs and questions from you, your friends and family.
Ribalkin Viau Team:
Also, when you sign up with me, you not only get the service of one mortgage broker, you receive the knowledge, service, and attention of the Ribalkin Viau Team. I am very fortunate to be a part of a team with over 105 years combined experience with my family, Aurore Viau, John Ribalkin, and Ethan Ribalkin, whom are invaluable to me.
